I have been living in the Fort Collins area since 2000 and consider Fort Collins my adopted home. It has been a wonderful place for my spouse and I to raise our children.
In 2019, I earned my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University and went on to earn my Doctorate in Applied Developmental Science in 2023. In addition to my private therapy practice, I work as an evaluation researcher at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
I enjoy working with people across the life span and specialize in mindfulness and narrative-based techniques. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked a as a childbirth educator and doula for several years. As a therapist, I continue to specialize in support for prenatal and postpartum parents. I have a particular interest in understanding and supporting fathers and nonbirth partners through the transition to parenthood.
In addition to my work, I enjoy spending time in Colorado’s beautiful outdoor spaces - hiking and gardening. I also enjoy reading, and I’m always happy to recommend a book!
